It’s Patient Participation Group week from 10 – 15 June so here are some tips on using your practice website to support your PPG:
- Provide some information about what the group is all about and how to join. Promote key aspects on how small things can help your surgery.
- List the members are and what they do for the group. You could add a short biography for each member or spotlight a different member of your group each month.
- Publish the time, date and agenda for your next PPG meeting on your website to encourage more patients to join the group.
- Post accessible meeting minutes on your website as soon as possible after the meeting.
