If you would like us to do something that you are able to do yourself, this is a task.

Examples include adding or updating a page, adding a news article or setting up an alert.

Essentially anything you could do using our system but choose not to. Maybe you just don't have the time, or you would like an expert website editor to tackle something for you.

To help you carry out tasks, our tech support team will always explain how to do things and point you to a video or tutorial for detailed help.

What is NOT a task and included in all plans?

If you need help because of a technical issue or because your website isn't working as expected, these are not tasks. It is our job to check and fix these things as soon as we can.

In September 2020 it became a legal requirement for all UK NHS GP practices to comply with the WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Practices must explain if any of the content is non-accessible and how to get help accessing this content. Websites must also include a compliant Accessibility Statement.

Our standard template is compliant with these regulations. But the practice must maintain compliance when adding or editing content.

Our unlimited service includes an annual Accessibility review and help to ensure compliance should any problems be discovered.

Customers who are not on the Unlimited plan can request this service at an additional cost of £450 + VAT
