Choose from two services levels for added flexibility

You choose the payment plan to suit your practice.

If you are happy to look after your own website updates, choose our Standard plan.

If you would like to be less hands-on, choose our Managed plan and let our content editors look after your website for you.

We offer special group deal discounts for ICSs and PCNs.

What does a content editor do?

Our content editors look after all your website updates, saving time for you and your team.

Whether it’s publishing a news item, adding a new team member or setting up an alert, our content editors are here to help.

We keep an eye on any new content to make sure the writing style follows best practice. Our content editors are experts at writing patient-friendly, simple content that communicates the right message, at the right time.

In September 2020 it became a legal requirement for all UK NHS GP practices to comply with the WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Practices must explain if any of the content is non-accessible and how to get help accessing this content. Websites must also include a compliant Accessibility Statement.

Our standard template is compliant with these regulations. But the practice must maintain compliance when adding or editing content.

****What does a content editor do?

  • Publish and format news / alerts / pages on the practices behalf, with no need to login, saving time for the practice or PCN.
  • Our content editors work with the practice or PCN to ensure that any new content ( e.g. a pdf or new service ) is added to the site with a writing style that follows best practice and clearly communicates the desired message to patients and stakeholders.
