Flexible products and pricing to suit your practice

We offer two products, Classic and Navigator.

There are two service plans, standard and managed.

You choose the service plan to suit your practice.

If you are happy to look after your own website updates, choose our standard plan.

If you would like to be less hands-on, choose our managed plan and let our content editors look after your website for you.

We offer group arrangements for ICSs and PCNs.

All prices quoted exclude VAT.

Classic product £480 per year

The Classic product comes with our standard service plan, unlimited technical support and the following benefits:

Navigator product £480 per year

The Navigator product comes with our standard service plan and provides the same benefits as the Classic product while guaranteeing a 50/50 score against the NHS benchmarking guidelines:

Managed service £840 per year

Both the Classic and Navigator products come with our standard service plan included in the annual cost of £480 per year.

For practices requiring additional support our managed service plan includes access to our team of expert content editors** who will manage all website content updates required:

For clinical safety reasons we need to discuss customisation of any forms before allowing any changes.

**What do our content editors do?

Our expert content editing team format and publish all news items, patient alerts and other content updates on behalf of the practice and/or PCN. With no need to login, this saves hours of administrative time.

Working with the practice and/or PCN our content editors will ensure that all new written content adheres to NHS best practice guidelines, and communicates the required information to patients and stakeholders clearly, concisely and accurately.

Accessibility

In September 2020 it became a legal requirement for all UK NHS GP practices to comply with the WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Practices must explain if any of the content is non-accessible and how to get help accessing this content. Websites must also include a compliant Accessibility Statement.

Our standard template is compliant with these regulations. But the practice must maintain compliance when adding or editing content.
